Position Overview
Are you a sales hunter and a growth accelerator? SolaX Power, a leader in renewable energy innovation, is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager. We need a strategic closer with a talent for uncovering new business and a prowess for transforming relationships into a high-performing portfolio. Responsibilities
* Implement aggressive hunting sales tactics to identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Develop a high-performing book of business, advancing sales from initial capture to profitable partnerships.
* Strategic market expansion to discover untapped potential and drive product penetration.
* Foster long-term partnerships with a focus on maximizing revenue and retention.
* Sales leadership and team development, championing a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
* Proven success in sales hunting and portfolio growth.
* Deep understanding of renewable energy solutions, especially solar and energy storage systems.
* Robust professional network within the energy sector.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business development or sales management.
* Minimum of 5 years in a target-driven sales environment, preferably in technology or renewable energy industries.
