Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Administrator to support operations, focusing on coordinating ferry bookings to and from Ireland and managing related correspondence. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage ferry bookings to and from Ireland, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Act as the main point of contact for all Ireland related correspondence, liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders. Complete, update, and issue control sheets accurately and in line with agreed deadlines. Maintain up to date records, trackers, schedules, and related documentation. Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is accurate, aligned, and delivered on time. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team, supporting day to day operations. Carry out general office duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and wider business requirements. Contribute to the efficient running and continuous improvement of office systems and processes. Handle all information with a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
