What you'll be doing
* Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure deliveries are on time and in full
* Problem solve any logistical issues to provide alternative solutions to the deliver of our products
* Handle inbound customer enquiries to and questions to ensure the high standard of our service is upheld
* Track and handle stock of products to ensure deliveries can be fulfilled
* Working with the UK HQ internal team to ensure client expectations are exceeded
What you'll bring
* Experience in coordinating with logistics suppliers and planning routes
* Route planning CRM experience
* Experience dealing with clients and suppliers over the phone
* Clear communication skills to coordinate both internally and externally
* A degree in a logistics, supply chain or similar field will be advantageous
* An ambitious and driven mindset with the desire to develop
