We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working in the community in the Liverpool area. This role involves supporting a young lady in various community settings.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide support within the community, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Help service users access and participate in community activities.
* Work closely with families and other care professionals to provide holistic support.
* Maintain accurate records of activities and care provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role within the UK.
* MUST BE A DRIVER with a valid UK licence
* Experience in providing support in a community setting.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A compassionate and patient approach.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service users
