Role Overview:
As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and compliance within the college. You will work closely with various departments to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Management:
* Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold academic standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular audits and reviews of academic programs, facilities, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with established quality standards.
* Collaborate with academic departments to develop and implement action plans to address areas of improvement identified during audits and reviews.
