The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Shift Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our casino. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, outstanding customer service, and strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day to day operations as a Shift Manager, ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant day-to-day activity.
· Lead, develop, and motivate frontline teams to deliver exceptional service
· Ensure full compliance with UK Gambling Commission regulations, internal policies and procedures, and licensing objectives.
· Drive revenue growth through effective floor management, and customer engagement
· Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and brand reputation
· Maintain a safe, welcoming, and responsible gambling environment at all times
About You
· Proven experience in a casino management or senior gaming leadership role
· Strong knowledge of UK gambling legislation and regulatory requirements
· Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
· Commercially minded with a track record of driving performance and profitability
· Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
· Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
· Personal Management Licence (PML) holder (or ability to obtain one)
