This is a Temp to Perm opportunity for individuals who are hands-on and take pride in preparing properties for new tenants. The successful candidates will be responsible for clearing, cleaning, and preparing empty properties (voids) to ensure they are ready for re-letting. This role plays an important part in helping the Housing Association deliver safe, clean, and welcoming homes for incoming residents. Key Responsibilities Carry out clearance of void properties, removing unwanted furniture, rubbish, and items left behind. Perform deep cleaning of empty properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and hallways. Support the Trades team with labouring duties and minor repairs Dispose of waste responsibly in line with company procedures and environmental guidelines.
