We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team, with specific roles available for the Hampshire area as well as the West Sussex area. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Travel to client sites within either Hampshire or West Sussex, depending on the role, to deliver on-site technical support. Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems and software. Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure top-notch service. Document all support activities and site visits accurately. Collaborate with the broader IT team to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Essential Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region (Hampshire or West Sussex). Experience in first-line IT support and helpdesk ticket management. A valid UK driving licence.
