What you will be doing
* Meeting new and existing customers face-to-face to build strong, long-lasting relationships
* Identifying opportunities and converting them into sales that drive growth
* Managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring customers get the right solutions for their needs
* Working towards clear, achievable sales targets while providing accurate forecasts
* Collaborating with internal teams to make sure every customer experience is seamless
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in field-based B2B sales or business development
* A confident, professional communicator who builds trust quickly
* Self-motivated and organised, able to manage your own schedule
* Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or technical industries is a plus but not essential
