🎯 What We're Looking For
* Experience in a busy helpdesk in FM, construction dealing with engineers booking out works
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines and service levels
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with engineers and stakeholders
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
