?? What You'll Be Doing
As a Technical Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our construction teams have the accurate, timely information they need to deliver homes on programme and within budget. Your key roles and responsibilities will include:
* Creating and maintaining document registers for each project
* Distributing up-to-date information to all departments and construction teams
* Monitoring receipt of NHBC conditions and uploading requested information
* Maintaining and keeping live trackers up to date
* Support with Solicitors enquiries
* General administrative duties
