Look no further We're looking to recruit a Pension Analyst to join our team. Read on to find out a little more about the opportunity… As a Pension Analyst, you will deliver an effective and accurate pension service to a portfolio of clients. The service delivered will be accurate, efficient and compliant with documented and implied procedures. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain brilliant relationships with your clients and stakeholders internally here at MHR. Responsibilities: To process and reconcile portfolio of Pension services (end to end) in accordance with documented operating procedures based on a customers requirements Conduct quality checks on pension contributions and reports prior to submission to senior and customers. Take remedial action to rectify any errors liaising with Senior Pension Analyst at all times. Reconciling pension reports and authorising remittances. Maintain accurate records and reporting referring to all areas of software applications available to the department. Ensure all submissions are made in line with schedules and procedures. Ensure all issues are escalated as required. Respond to customer communications as required and in accordance with SLA's. Skills: Have an ability to communicate with customers. Attention to detail Excellent telephone manner. Excellent problem-solving skills. An ability to adapt to changing priorities. Organisational skills.
