Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full-Time – Colchester

The Role:
* Full-time position within a friendly and inclusive private nursery
* Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment
* Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s progress
Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous nursery or early years experience
* A warm, caring, and patient approach
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A genuine passion for working with young children
