Red Recruitment is recruiting a fluent Welsh-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Penrhyndeudraeth to join our client. Your role will be contributing to the success of travel projects by assisting customers and delivering the highest level of service. The salary for this position is £25,506 per annum. You must be fluent in Welsh and English as you will be answering customer queries in both languages. Package for a Welsh-speaking Customer Service Advisor: Salary: £25,506 per annum Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, this can include weekends and the hours will range 7am to 8pm Contract type: Permanent Location: Penrhyndeudraeth, North Wales Key Responsibilities of a Welsh-speaking Customer Service Advisor: Responding to customer queries (inbound and outbound) and complaints by communicating via telephone, Live chat, e-mail and social media in both Welsh and English Undertaking varied actions depending on customer queries and system requirements Completing daily system tasks by consulting the various administration systems Responding to calls efficiently by adhering to the service level agreement/key performance Indicators to enhance a positive customer experience Key Skills and Experience of a Welsh-speaking Customer Service Advisor: You must be a Fluent Welsh speaker Previous experience working in a customer service environment is required Ideally, you will have experience of using a variety of IT systems Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Welsh and English is a must You will be required to have the ability to follow directions and take initiative when required Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Including Microsoft Excel) is preferred If you are a fluent Welsh speaker and have the relevant skills and experience required, please apply now!
