As the Building Surveyor you would be taking on varied responsibilities such as ensuring all properties are managed well and efficiently making sure all health and safety recommendations and procedures are followed accordingly.
* Notices of Disrepair.
* Schedule of Dilapidations.
* Condition Surveys Control.
* Risk Assessment Inspection
* The inspection and management of the properties to ensure that they are maintained, repaired in accordance with the terms of their agreement.
* Party Wall Matters.
* CIOB or RICS qualified.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience managing contracts, monitoring performance and progress of the works.
* Obtain competitive quotations/tenders for client repairs/works.
* Obtain appropriate authorisation and proceed with repairs/works within agreed timescales and approved costs., Please note candidates must have a full clean driving license and be happy to travel as required across the South if the UK.
