Customer Service Coordinator – Key Accounts (BCO)

We are looking for a Customer Service Co‑ordinator – Key Accounts (BCO) to support our key customers by delivering a high‑quality, efficient service. Acting as a central point of contact, you will manage customer enquiries, coordinate with internal teams and ensure all activity is handled accurately and within agreed KPIs, contributing to a positive end‑to‑end customer experience.
How you will help us and what you can expect
* Booking line deliveries and releasing merchant containers in line with customer instructions.
* Ensure all documentation and funds (where appropriate) are received.
* Manage containers off quay in accordance with commercial agreements.
* Provide customer reports within agreed deadlines.
* Invoice query resolution.
* Contribute towards ideas & discussions for department evolution.
* Utilise training plans to increase knowledge & experience.
