As a Developing Area Manager, you’ll be immersed in a learning-rich environment while actively contributing to real-world housing operations. This is more than training — it’s about making an impact from day one while preparing to take the reins in a full Area Manager role. * Location: Managing an area remotely, with regular travel to Bradford, North Yorkshire and Leeds * Salary: £37,230 per annum * Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday–Friday) What You’ll Be Doing: * Lead and support housing teams across multiple sites, over Bradford, Leeds and North Yorkshire, helping them deliver high-quality services. * Collaborate with local authorities, health services, and diverse community groups to keep residents connected and independent. * Drive inclusivity, diversity, innovation, improve systems, and implement new solutions to real challenges. * Learn from senior leaders, gain hands-on experience, and grow your performance and strategic management skills.
