An exclusive opportunity for a highly organised Private PA to support an UHNW principal and his wife from their private Mayfair office. You will be the first point of contact for all personal administration, working independently to ensure every detail is handled with discretion.
Duties include:
•Full management of private cars and a significant car collection (UK & US): tax, servicing, insurance and meticulous record-keeping
•Oversee US property tax administration across two residences, liaising with US advisors and service providers
•Manage private insurance policies, household administration and the wife’s social diary (shows, galleries, events)
•Arrange global travel and private car services; coordinate personal appointments and ad-hoc projects
Chosen candidate will need to be:
•A confident, self motivated individual
•Previous exposure to US tax/property administration highly advantageous
•Proactive, organised and comfortable working solo while knowing when to push back
•Outgoing, warm and discreet someone the family will enjoy inviting to cultural events
•Must live within 30–45 minutes of Mayfair and be happy in the office five days a week (no flexibility)
