About the Role:
In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing new customers on board. You'll be responsible for completing customer due diligence, assessing affordability, and guiding customers through their loan options.
What You'll Do:
* Verify customer identity and income through thorough due diligence checks.
* Assess financial affordability by analyzing income and expenditure.
* Conduct telephone consultations to establish accurate monthly outgoings.
* Provide clear explanations and complete quotations to empower customers to make informed decisions.
* Actively progress applications through outbound calls.
* Handle customer and dealer inquiries regarding application status.
Who You Are:
* A confident and articulate communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* A natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
* Experienced in a fast-paced, outbound calling environment (ideal).
* Proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* A team player with a supportive and inclusive approach.
* Experience in a regulated environment (a plus).
* Knowledge of the sub-prime market (highly desirable).
* Minimum GCSE level qualification or equivalent.
