Position Summary
Rowlands Pharmacy is looking for a Healthcare Partner to join our dynamic team. The role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for ongoing training and development.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Working Pattern: Monday - Friday. Rate of Pay: £13.14 + £1 supplement across six hospital branches in the Manchester area.
Responsibilities
* Participate in all branch processes.
* Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
* Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services.
* Represent Rowlands Pharmacy as an ambassador, interacting with the community daily.
Qualifications
* NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
* Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
* Evidence of qualifications held.
* Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
* Strong understanding of confidentiality.
* Ability to handle medications accurately.
