Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our leading Design Studio and Showroom. The role involves a variety of core support tasks, including:
1. Reception duties: Meet and greet visitors.
2. Logistics management: Organise incoming deliveries and collate outgoing products and mail.
3. Vendor communication: Maintain supplier lists and ensure effective communication with vendors.
4. Office administration: Order supplies, manage office inventory, and handle basic administrative tasks.
5. Meeting coordination: Organise meetings, book rooms, and facilitate communication among relevant parties.
6. Creative support: Assist with research, sourcing references for mood boards, and other visual aids.
7. Project support: Assist with material selection, ordering samples, and inventory management for ongoing projects.
