Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Run your section with authority, organisation and consistency
Deliver high-quality dishes at pace during high-volume service
Maintain immaculate mise en place and section control
Work confidently in a theatre-style, guest-facing environment
Support Commis and Demi CDPs in maintaining brigade standards
Uphold five-star hygiene, discipline and presentation at all times
This will suit a Chef de Partie who:
Has strong experience in high-volume, fresh-food kitchens
Is technically sound with solid classical foundations
