As a Patient Coordinator you'll be part of a well established private practice, working alongside an award winning dental team in the heart of Broughty Ferry, Dundee. Patient Coordinator responsibilities
1. Patient Coordinators are responsible for organising and managing patient care across multiple providers and facilities.
2. The duties typically include supporting high end private treatments for dentists within the practice, scheduling and managing appointments ensuring timely follow-ups and continuity of care.
3. Planning & Supporting Referral events across the practice and Campus.
4. Assisting patients with understanding treatment plans, including explaining Bupa insurance coverage and finance options.
5. Supporting the marketing of the practice to include new patient attraction.
Skills and experience
6. Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus.
7. Strong communication and organisational skills.
8. Sales & Conversion skills.
9. Previous administrative experience.
10. Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
