We are a leading Regulation Technology (Regtech) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company dedicated to simplifying and optimizing compliance processes for financial institutions.
We are looking for a Customer oriented Service Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of our solutions to the end clients.
Role Description
You will be expected to perform a number of duties, including:
* Project Initiation: Manage discussion around business, systems, data and requirements.
* Client Project Management: Concisely summarise client requirements, plan delivery and manage to completion, with internal reporting back to managers
* Configuration Build: along with our configuration analyst, utilise eflow's proprietary software (PATH) to configure data transformations, log actions and customise workflows.
* UAT: Manage testing along with eflow's sub contractors, involving clients to ensure users are satisfied with the solution and sign off into production.
* Development Request Process: Identify feature improvements for release candidates, perform business analysis and document technical specifications.
* Client Support: effectively hand over the project to Customer success through the BAU phase.
Skills and Experience
* Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Time management
* A proven track record of meeting project deliverables in the workplace or in education
* Strong, proactive analytical skills
* Technically minded with proficient command of Excel
* Confident and a quick learner
* Attention to detail and assertive communication with different stakeholders
* Educated to A-level
* Customer/client facing experience preferred
