Join to apply for the Tesco Colleague - Phone Shops - Cannock Superstore role at Tesco. Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us in Tesco Mobile a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues, therefore if the times you’re available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we are advertising, we’d still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
* Delivering a great shopping trip for customers every day, following opening and closing routines, ensuring facilities are in good working order and available for customers, and acting on customer feedback.
* Creating a positive impression for customers through high standards of dress and ready-to-serve attitude.
* Following the service culture in your department, modelling helpful and friendly service behaviours, and demonstrating enthusiasm to do what’s right for customers.
* Ensuring legal compliance and safe, due diligence in your department to protect the brand.
* Supporting your manager to control costs, maintain stock record accuracy, and be prepared for stock control routines.
You will need
* A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile
* The drive and motivation to work in a sales and service environment
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* A passion for human connection and building relationships with colleagues
* Reliable, well-presented and prepared to be a brand ambassador
