Our client are seeking a proactive and experienced Contract Quality Assurance Engineer to support their Quality Assurance function during a key transition period. Working within a highly regulated environment, you will focus on internal audits, documentation, NCR activity and general QA support — ensuring robust quality assurance processes.
Role Overview
* Focus primarily on quality assurance rather than product quality.
* Support internal audits and documentation processes.
* Manage NCR activity and maintain QA records.
Role Requirements
* Experience in a highly regulated industry.
* Confident conducting internal audits to established standards.
* Strong background in QA activities, including NCR management and documentation control.
* Ability to interpret and update specifications, quality procedures and technical documentation.
* Broad quality engineering skill set with the capability to work autonomously and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out internal audits and maintain readiness ahead of scheduled audit periods.
* Manage, track and close out non-conformance reports (NCRs).
* Review, update and maintain quality system documentation.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and internal quality standards.
* Provide day-to-day QA support across operations to maintain process discipline and product compliance.
