The team you will be joining
You will be joining a central operations function, working closely with senior leaders, managers, and teams across theorganisation. This role plays a keypartin ensuring the departmentoperateseffectively, with strong governance, clear communication, and meaningful performance insight.
You’llbe involved in a wide range of activities—from coordinating operational rhythms and reporting, to supporting projects, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvements. The role offers great exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence how teams work, collaborate, and deliver outcomes.

What Will You Be Doing?
12. Coordinating and managing operational activities, including meetings, governance processes, and action tracking
13. Producing high-quality reporting and insights to support performance tracking and decision making
14. Supporting small projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency
15. Maintainingkey documentation, governance artefacts, and ensuring alignment with policies and compliance requirements
16. Supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, and team activities to help create a well-connected and effective working environment
What Do We NeedFromYou?
17. Experience in an operational, analytical, or business support role within a fast-paced environment
18. Strong ability to produce clear, insightful reporting andanalysedata toidentifytrends and opportunities
19. Highlyorganisedwith the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
20. Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels
21. Experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar to support reporting and operational activities
