MKJ Ignite are excited to be supporting a fast-growing, purpose-led FMCG challenger brand at the intersection of premium ingredients and functional food. With strong D2C and retail channels, they’re now looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Planner to join their small, dynamic operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in scaling a brand that’s redefining its category. You’ll be at the heart of supply chain operations, ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time, while helping to build best-in-class planning processes as the business continues its rapid growth.
What will you be doing? 🧠
⭐️ Build and maintain supply plans across all channels to meet stock cover targets
⭐️ Manage forecasts and production schedules with suppliers and logistics partners
⭐️ Maintain accurate stock records across systems, including ERP management
⭐️ Monitor stock levels across multiple fulfilment sites, flagging shortages or overstock
⭐️ Analyse trends and forecast variances, providing actionable insights to the team
⭐️ Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery into warehouses
⭐️ Support continuous improvement projects to streamline supply chain efficiency
What do you need to bring? 🎯
⭐️ 2–3 years’ experience in a supply planning role within FMCG or a fast-paced scale-up
⭐️ Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commercial awareness
⭐️ Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and suppliers effectively
⭐️ Proactive and organised, comfortable working autonomously
⭐️ Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
⭐️ ERP experience (Unleashed a bonus)
⭐️ A genuine interest in food, wellness, or challenger brands
