Head of Revenues and Benefits
Purpose:
To provide assurance that the client is delivering high-performing, well-managed, strategic Revenues and Benefits services. To direct, lead and manage the provision of high quality, cost-effective services to the Client for the delivery of Revenues and Benefit services and to ensure that the Client’s policy objectives in relation to Revenues and Benefits are met. The post holder will lead all aspects of the Revenues and Benefits operations, ensuring the customer is at the heart of the services.
