Field Applications Specialist – Medical Diagnostic Systems
Overall earnings £60,000+ (Basic Salary up to £46,500, 10% bonus, overtime, on-call allowance, company car (electric or hybrid), pension, healthcare, life insurance, phone, laptop, holidays).
The role involves working one weekend in four; during that weekend you will receive two alternative days off work.
Responsibilities
* Service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of a wide range of sophisticated laboratory diagnostic systems used within pathology departments, NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environments.
* Support flow cytometry, cell separation and diagnostics products located at customer sites.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in an application specialist or biomedical scientist role with one or more of the following specialisations:
o Haematology
o Immunology
o Clinical chemistry
o Molecular
o Life sciences
o Histology
o Cellular pathology
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
