Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience within ITAD, IT hardware processing, or a similar environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of data destruction processes and standards such as Blancco, ADISA, or similar Good knowledge of IT hardware including desktops, laptops, mobiles, servers, and networking equipment Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Relevant IT, data security, or asset disposition certifications are desirable Experience with inventory or asset management systems is desirable Knowledge of environmental compliance and e-waste regulations is desirable Responsibilities: Lead, support, and mentor our team of ITAD Technicians Oversee the secure handling, data wiping, and disposal of IT equipment Ensure compliance with all data security and environmental regulations Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality control Train and develop team members to maintain high standards Maintain accurate records and reporting of processed assets Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and efficiency Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times Technologies: Hardware Support Security More: We are a well-established, privately owned organisation operating within the technology lifecycle and refurbishment sector.
