Job Title: Principal Energy and Building Physics Consultant
Location: Leeds / Glasgow

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage energy modeling and building physics projects to ensure sustainable and efficient building designs.
* Conduct detailed daylight analysis to optimize natural light usage in building projects.
* Ensure compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations and other relevant standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate energy efficiency and building physics considerations into design processes.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on sustainable building practices and innovative energy solutions.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Principal Energy & Building Physics Candidate will have experience across:
* Energy modeling, Building physics, IES software, Thermal Modelling, TM54, TM52, TM59, Part L, Part O.
* Experience across a range of sectors, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
