Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 (depending on skills & experience)
Hours: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 (rotating) — Early finish on Fridays!

What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance on a wide range of equipment.
Responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
Installing and upgrading mechanical and electrical components.
Keeping our production running at its best by working closely with the manufacturing team.
Identifying and implementing energy-saving solutions.
Supervising contractors and junior technicians when needed.
Ensuring a safe working environment and preventing accidents through best practice.
Keeping accurate stock records and helping forecast maintenance needs.
What We’re Looking For
Electrical Engineering certification + relevant maintenance qualifications.
Solid experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Ability to work across both mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance record systems.
Hands-on, solutions-focused, and able to work independently or in a team.
Good communicator with strong organisational skills.
