Behaviour Mentor Job - Brent Salary: £100 - £120 per day | Start date: ASAP | Contract: Long-term About the Role We are seeking a confident and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in Brent. This long-term role starts ASAP and involves supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 who present with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, and pastoral staff to help pupils regulate behaviour, re-engage with learning, and develop positive coping strategies. You'll provide both 1:1 and small-group interventions, focusing on emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and building resilience. Candidates with Team Teach or other restraint training are highly desirable, though this is not essential. The school is also open to applicants who have previous experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and are now looking to take the next step in their professional development.
