Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate and hands‑on Sous Chef to support the Executive Head Chef in delivering outstanding food across all hotel outlets, including the restaurant, bar & lounge, and events. You’ll be a natural leader, mentoring the team, maintaining high standards, and helping shape menus and culinary concepts.
This role is ideal for someone with proven restaurant experience, a flair for consistency and quality, and a drive to grow in a hotel or events environment.
What You’ll Do
* Support the Executive Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and presentation
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team
* Assist in kitchen operations, ensuring safety, hygiene, and efficiency
* Help develop menus, new dishes, and seasonal offerings
* Ensure smooth service across all food outlets, including events and banquets
