Three studios with virtual classes, squash court and treatment rooms. Work alongside six colleagues, reporting to the Fitness Manager, while delivering exceptional member experiences, developing your career, and enjoying opportunities for additional earnings. As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our corporate club, you will have strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. Candidates should hold REPs Level 3 (or equivalent), be CIMSPA registered. As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor (Personal Trainer), you will: Supervise gym floor to ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive training environment. Deputise for the Duty Manager when required and using initiative to maintain smooth club operations including opening and closing duties. Conduct facility inductions to all new members to ensure safe and effective member participation in all the areas of the Health Club. Design and deliver tailored exercise programmes using Technogym App to meet individual member goals. Actively promote our key services by delivering exceptional customer service across all areas. Lead dynamic group exercise and circuit-based classes – (Spin and Les Mills classes an advantage). Offer expert advice on training techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle to support member wellbeing and goal achievement. Drive member engagement through Gym Challenges, charity events, and Technogym App initiatives. First Aid certification and Emergency Response Pool training a requirement but training provided. (Must be competent swimmer ). Support reception operations by covering lunch breaks as needed, including processing payments and managing appointment bookings Deliver local marketing events and weekly roadshows to promote club services. Provide off-shift personal training sessions in response to high member demand, supporting individual goals and increasing engagement across the club. Personal Training offers additional earning potential allowing staff working only four contracted days to boost their income off shift and on the free day, this is an opportunity to exceeding the equivalent five-day role at the London Living Wage. Set Shifts days: Mon - Early ; Tues – Late ; Wed - Early ; Friday- alternate Early / Late. Free day be a Wed currently Thu. Set Shift Times: Early Shift - 06:45 to 14:45 Late Shift 13:00 to 21:00pm ( Mon to Thu). Fri – early closing late shift 12:00 to 20:00. Helping you feel good.
