A well-established Mechanical Engineering Contractor based in Stockport is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to support its busy operations team. The Role
* Provide administrative support across the office, including handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Assist with document control, filing, and project documentation.
* Support managers with scheduling meetings, diary management, and general office coordination.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with basic finance admin.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in a professional manner.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day running of office operations.
About You
* Previous experience in an office administration role (construction/engineering background advantageous but not essential).
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
