This role provides essential support across the full employee life cycle, managing HR administration processes, maintaining HR systems, supporting payroll, and ensuring compliance through auditing, reporting, and analytics. This is a varied and hands-on role. You will play an integral part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our client's HR operations. Responsibilities: * Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. * Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and databases to monitor KPIs and support operational improvements. * Conduct root cause analysis and present actionable recommendations to management. * Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices. Skills and Experience: * Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. * Previous administrative and system experience. * Proficiency with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. Must have advanced Excel skills including conditional formatting and pivot tables. * Experience working in logistics, supply chain, or a warehouse/office environment would be advantageous but not essential. * A keen eye for accuracy, detail, and data quality management. * Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
