Credit Controller - Heathrow - £15 - £16 per hour - Temporary to permanent
I am currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for a leading business based in Heathrow. This is an exciting role working in a fun fast paced environment.
Role & Responsibility
1. Responsible for meeting targets in monthly receivables and keeping bad debt to a minimum.
2. Cash flow forecasting - weekly forecast for upcoming month based on customer promise of payments.
3. Opening of accounts in line with Credit Control Procedure
4. Daily bank reconciliation of cash receipts.
5. Communicating with customers via all available means.
6. Liaise with internal departments regarding overdue/disputed accounts.
7. Disputes review on a weekly basis with escalation to account managers and directors as appropriate.
8. Liaising with solicitors and legal representative, when required.
9. Miscellaneous Invoice and Credit Note entry, correctly applied to appropriate nominal codes.
10. Upload invoices to Customers bespoke portal.
11. Prepare and report monthly aged debtors for relevant stakeholders.
12. Review Payment Terms and customer account details on a regular basis.
13. Payment Posting and Allocations - Remittances.
14. Maintain Credit Card receipts - Reconciliation and allocation.
15. Mentor team members to align goals.
Job Requirement
16. Experience Required: 5+ years.
17. Travel Required: 5%
18. Experience with Microsoft Package.
19. Must have experience in working in a busy office environment & able to work under pressure.
20. Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
21. Able to prioritise your workload and demonstrate flexibility.
22. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
