Maxwell Stephens have been appointed by our client to find an M&E Engineering Manager who can own and lead building services across an iconic estate.
The Opportunity
* Lead all M&E operations and compliance across a variety of building types.
* Manage PPM, statutory inspections, reactive repairs and lifecycle works.
* Oversee contractors and projects, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery with minimal disruption.
* Monitor energy use and drive efficiency and carbon-reduction initiatives.
* Support events, exhibitions and commercial hires with reliable, resilient building services.
* This is a visible, hands-on role at the heart of the estates safety, performance and customer experience.
About You
* Strong experience managing M&E systems across a multi-building estate.
* Excellent knowledge of statutory compliance, H&S and building services (HVAC, electrical, BMS, water, fire, etc.).
* Proven contractor and project management skills, with a focus on value for money.
* Clear, confident communication and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
