* Oversight of the management of tenants including sourcing suitable tenants and ensuring referencing and right to rent checks are completed.
* Ensuring a smooth handover of property to new tenants. Ensuring a smooth end of tenancy process.
* Property inspections in Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire
* Dealing with FBTs, Leases, AST’s, Cropping Licenses & Grazing licenses and other 3rd party arrangements (Landlord and Tenant matters).
* Planning applications for development and estate matters
* Assisting in development and delivery the leisure offerings across the estate
* Overseeing smaller development projects, reporting into the Renovation and Development Manger
* Estate Management - General Estate management matters under the direction of the Head of Property
* Assisting with the implementation of Woodland Management Plans.
* Scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising the daily activities of internal and external site operatives, including collation of the necessary paperwork.
* Organising and planning the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team
* Statutory compliance & Audit - including but not limited to EICR testing, boiler and aga testing (gas and oil), smoke / co2 alarms, tree surveys etc. Ensuring Landlords statutory obligations are met across the Estate.
* Responsible for maintaining accurate records on Key Property Management in relation to all Lettings. Implementing, monitoring and reviewing compliance of DFL or 3rd parties in relation to the CDM Regulations.
* Ensuring Health and Safety compliance and best practice is implemented in all areas of the business
* Customer focus/point of contact for leisure guests.
* Input into annual budgeting and monthly reporting
* Ownership of management accounts
Person Specification
* Qualification requirements – MRICS / FAAV
* 2 - 3 years in a similar position
* Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
* Computer literate in all MS office programs particularly MS Excel
* Ability to deal with wide-ranging challenges and responsibilities with diplomacy and patience
* Ability to quickly build strong working relationships at all levels of the business
* Professional manner and confident communicator
* Proactive and flexible approach to work
* Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
* Ability to work autonomously when required, alongside effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
Travel to our Gloucestershire site will also be required.
