About the Role
The housing team is the heartbeat of our organization. As our Housing Manager, you'll inspire your team to provide exceptional, customer-focused, neighborhood management services. You'll work closely with the Head of Neighbourhoods to embed a human-centric culture where tenants' voices are heard and acted upon.
You will support the development and delivery of plans that provide early intervention and prevention, helping tenants to avoid crisis and maintain their tenancies.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate, manage, and supervise customer-focused services across neighborhood and estate management and supported living services.
2. Develop and manage effective neighborhood action plans for positive tenant and community outcomes.
3. Collaborate with local and national partners to ensure tenants receive necessary support, advocating for tenants to access help.
Candidate Profile
* An inspiring manager capable of motivating their team and delivering ambitious objectives.
* Experience in a tenancy or housing environment with knowledge of neighborhood services, housing legislation, and regulations.
* A customer champion who prioritizes tenants and fosters this ethos within their team.
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to act on feedback effectively.
