We are working with a fast-growing provider who is scaling up their provision across digital and IT training. They are urgently seeking a Head of Digital Marketing Curriculum & Trainer to lead on shaping and delivering the digital marketing offer. This is an exciting time to join the business, with opportunities to shape curriculum, create new content, and influence the direction of the delivery model as the provider onboards new platforms and resources. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop curriculum and content for Digital Marketing qualifications and apprenticeships. Deliver high-quality, engaging training and support for learners, maintaining a small caseload. Lead the implementation of new systems (including Aptem) to enhance learner experience and tracking. Collaborate with leadership to scale the DM provision and integrate two new DM coaches over the next three months. Monitor learner progress and performance, driving high achievement outcomes. Provide feedback and support to ensure learners achieve their goals, including Distinction where possible. Work cross-functionally to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Essential Criteria: Experience delivering Digital Marketing qualifications or apprenticeships. Proven curriculum design or content creation experience. Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. Comfortable managing a learner caseload and delivering training remotely and/or in person. Desirable Criteria: Experience with Aptem or similar learner management systems. A recognised teaching or assessing qualification. Prior leadership experience in a digital curriculum role.
