Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator, based in Park Gate. The Sales Negotiator will handle property sales, manage client relationships, communicate effectively with buyers and sellers, and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the seamless progression of transactions.
Qualifications
Experience in Estate Agents and Sales roles; knowledge of real estate practices is essential
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client interactions
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
