Assistant Finance Business Partner
Salary: £45,000 + 10% Bonus

The Role:
You'll act as a key link between finance and the wider business - providing insightful analysis, supporting commercial decision-making, and helping to shape strategic direction. You'll have full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, while gaining invaluable exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide clear, actionable financial insight.
* Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate analysis and commentary.
* Track performance against key metrics, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Prepare business cases and financial models to support decision-making.
* Drive process improvements across reporting and planning.
* Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and senior FBP's to align on strategy and performance.
