Field Service Engineer - Full Time
45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme
Location: Guildford
We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of Guildford, with the flexibility to travel around surrounding areas to service machines.
We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and colleagues. The role involves multitasking and using your initiative to ensure all photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key machines are operational and well-maintained, helping us turn first-time customers into lifelong clients.

Working hours are 45 per week, with 5 days out of 7 scheduled.
The starting salary is £28,782. After successful probation, you will be eligible for an uncapped monthly bonus, typically around £400.

Key Responsibilities
* Replenishing and restocking machines
* Conducting preventative service visits within a designated territory
* Completing site surveys for new machine installations
* Cleaning machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
* Carrying out cash removals and deposits
* Performing repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
* Managing stock both on-site and in vehicles
* Providing support or holiday cover to other field engineers
* Building positive relationships with colleagues and concession partners
* Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing the correct uniform and name badge, and leaving machines in better condition than found
