Role Overview
We are seeking an
experienced UK IT Recruiter
with proven expertise in handling
UK IT staffing requirements
. The ideal candidate should bring strong knowledge of the UK IT job market, vendor/client management experience, and the ability to close niche IT roles under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for IT roles in the
UK market
.
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases
.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with
UK clients, vendors, and consultants
.
* Handle
contract, permanent, and C2C hiring
across multiple IT domains.
* Negotiate rates, finalise offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
* Stay updated on
UK hiring trends, visa policies, compliance requirements, and IR35 regulations
.
* Work closely with the
delivery and sales team
to meet hiring targets.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience
in
UK IT recruitment
.
* Strong understanding of
UK IT staffing market, job portals, and candidate sourcing strategies
.
* Hands-on experience with
Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, and UK job portals
.
* Excellent knowledge of
technologies (EUC, Cloud, Microsoft 365, DevOps, Developers, Architects, etc.)
.
* Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
* Knowledge of
IR35, work permits, and compliance in the UK market
(preferred).
