As a Lead Adviser – Risk Management, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities over the phone, supporting our Business Development Managers, and promoting our comprehensive Risk Management services—primarily focused on health and safety consultancy across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively initiate appointments with potential customers via telephone
Engage customers with thoughtful questions to build rapport and maintain conversations
Gather and document valuable customer information and feedback to help drive our business focus
Stay up to date with all products and keep customers informed about new offerings
Confidently answer customer queries about our services
Consistently meet call targets (minimum 50 per day) and appointment goals (4 per week)
Support training and marketing campaigns led by the Business Development Team
About You
You have a proactive, go-getting attitude and a strong desire to succeed
You understand B2B sales and know what it takes to excel
You remain positive and resilient, even when faced with setbacks
You are always looking ahead and seeking new opportunities
Experience in Insurance Sales or Financial Services Sales is highly valued
Knowledge of Health & Safety is especially welcome
