Pay: £460–£600 per week

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will help support learning in the classroom, assist with behaviour management, and contribute to a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for anyone looking to make a meaningful impact on students’ education.
Responsibilities:
* Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide academic and emotional support
* Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement
* Contribute to individual learning plans and monitor progress
* Build positive relationships with pupils to foster confidence and independence
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
Qualifications:
* Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential
* Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills
* A genuine interest in education and child development
* An up-to-date CV and enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
