We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Director – IT Services (Enterprise Accounts)
Location: London Metropolitan Area, United Kingdom
Travel: UK & Europe (25–40%)
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Director (Farmer/Hunter) to grow and deepen relationships across Enterprise customers in Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Products, Hi-Tech, Travel & Logistics.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, deal-oriented sales leader who thrives in a fast-moving, smaller-company environment and can creatively shape solutions across AI-led offerings and Infrastructure/Cloud services.
What You’ll Do
Drive expansion revenue through cross-sell and upsell across AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud/Infra Managed Services, Workplace/EUC, and Modernization
Own renewals, retention (GRR), and expansion (NRR) through proactive governance such as QBRs and MBRs
Build strong executive relationships across business, IT, and procurement stakeholders
Create and execute account plans with whitespace analysis, defined use cases, and partner leverage
Lead complex deal shaping including commercials, contracting, and SOW/MSA amendments
Run RFx pursuits, proposals, pricing cycles, and executive-level presentations
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy within CRM systems
Co-sell with hyperscalers and ISV partners including Azure, AWS, and GCP
Act as a customer advocate by translating business outcomes into measurable KPIs
What You’ll Bring
12–20 years of experience in IT Services account management (farming/hunting)
Proven success selling AI-led solutions (GenAI, AI Ops, Analytics) and Infrastructure/Cloud services
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Comfort operating in a lean, builder-style organization
Deep experience with enterprise account planning and executive governance
Strong storytelling skills—business value over technology jargon
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred); Cloud/IT certifications are a plus
